土壤与地下水环境管理问题的思考与对策

摘要：土壤与地下水环境管理在建设文明城市、维护人民生活质量等方面具有重要意义，直接影响人民生活的“菜篮
子”“米篮子”“水盆子”。随着我国社会经济的不断发展，工农业废料污染、城市汽车尾气污染等，严重影响区域土壤与
地下水环境的健康，导致周围生态环境系统混乱。因此，为了加强土壤与地下水环境管理，本文首先分析了我国土壤与地下
水环境的协同关系及检测状况，并以实际工程为例，探究土壤与地下水污染物的多介质界面过程，旨在提出土壤与地下水环
境管理对策，提升区域土壤与地下水环境管理质量。

Abstract:Soilandgroundwaterenvironmentalmanagementisofgreatsignificanceintheconstructionofcivilizedcityandthe
maintenanceofpeople’slifequality,whichdirectlyaffectsthepeople’slifeof“vegetablebasket”,“ricebasket”and“waterbasin”.With
thecontinuousdevelopmentofChina’ssocialeconomy,industrialandagriculturalwastepollution,urbanautomobileexhaustpollution,
seriouslyaffecttheregionalsoilandgroundwaterenvironmenthealth,leadingtothechaosofthesurroundingecologicalenvironment
system.Therefore,inordertostrengthenthesoilandgroundwaterenvironmentmanagement,thispaperfirstanalyzesthesoiland
groundwaterenvironmentcoordinationrelationshipanddetectionstatus,inactualengineering,forexample,toexplorethesoiland
groundwaterpollutantsmultiplemediuminterfaceprocess,aimedatsoilandgroundwaterenvironmentalmanagementcountermeasures,
toimprovethequalityofregionalsoilandgroundwaterenvironmentalmanagement.
