【摘?要】改革开放以来，中小企业在我国经济体系中占据越来越大的比重，已经发展成为国民经济的重要增长点，在解决就业问题、促进地区经济发展等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但是中小企業由于规模小、行业涉及面广、管理水平不高、抗风险能力差，在市场竞争中并不具有优势。在财务管理方面，许多中小企业存在一些问题。论文以B公司为例详细分析中小企业财务管理问题，并提出相关建议。
