施工水域航标配布方案评价

摘要：为评价施工水域航标配布方案的合理性，提出一种主客观相结合的航标配布方案评价方法。基于对施工水域航标配布方案的经济性、技术性、适用性和可持续性影响因素的分析，建立评价指标体系。分别利用序关系分析法和离差最大化法确定主观权重和客观权重，并进一步构建双目标组合赋权优化模型确定组合权重。结合证据推理法构建施工水域航标配布方案评价方法。以某护岸工程施工水域的4个航标配布方案为例，验证了所提评价方法的可行性。

Abstract：

Inordertoevaluatetherationalityofbuoylayoutschemesinconstructionwaters，anevaluationmethodofbuoylayoutschemeswiththecombinationofsubjectivemethodandobjectivemethodisproposed.Basedontheanalysisontheeconomic，technical，applicabilityandsustainabilityinfluencingfactorsofbuoylayoutschemesinconstructionwaters，theevaluationindexsystemisestablished.Thesubjectiveweightandtheobjectiveweightaredeterminedbytherankcorrelationanalysismethodandthemaximumdeviationmethod，respectively，andadual-objectivecombinationweightingoptimizationmodelisfurtherestablishedtodeterminethecombinationweight.Anevaluationmethodforbuoylayoutschemesinconstructionwatersisconstructedwiththeevidentialreasoningalgorithm.Takingfourbuoylayoutschemesintheconstructionwatersofarevetmentprojectasanexample，thefeasibilityoftheproposedevaluationmethodisverified.
