考点一可数名词及其单复数

【用法总结】

1.可数名词变复数的规则变化

一般情况在词尾加-s,如：village→villages,

以s,x,sh,ch结尾的在词尾加-es,如：class→classes,dish→dishes【特例：stomach→stomachs】

以辅音字母+y结尾的，变y为i再加-es,如：city→cities,factory→factories

以o结尾的在词尾加-s,如：photo→photos,piano→pianos【特例：hero→heroes,tomato→tomatoes,

potato→potatoes】

以f或fe结尾的，一般变f或fe为v,再加-es,如：knife→knives,leaf→leaves【特例：belief→beliefs,

scarf→scarfs/scarves】

改变单数名词中的元音字母，如：woman→women,tooth→teeth

2.可数名词变复数的不规则变化

单复数形式相同，如：sheep→sheep,deer→deer,Chinese→Chinese

只有复数形式，如：trousers,glasses(眼镜)

其他形式，如：mouse→mice,child→children

考点二不可数名词

【用法总结】

1.不可数名词指不能以数目计算的名词，如：meat,chicken(鸡肉),paper(纸),grass,snow,ice等。

2.不可数名词的量化表达

表示不定数量时：

some,much,alittle,alotof,lotsof,plentyof等+不可数名词，如：一些水somewater,一点儿牛奶alittle

milk

表示确定数量时：

“数词+量词+of+不可数名词”,当数词大于1时，后面的量词要用复数形式，如：一片面包apieceof

bread;两杯水twoglassesofwater

【小贴士】alotof,lotsof,some,plentyof等既能修饰可数名词复数，又能修饰不可数名词。
