摘 要 土建工程是土木工程和建筑工程的总称，是一门为人类生活、生产、防护等活动建造各类设施与场所的工
程学科，在土建施工活动中，防水防渗施工属于非常重要的工作内容。本文针对应用防水防渗施工技术的重要性展
开分析，讨论了屋面工程、墙体工程、厨卫工程、地下室工程、门窗工程中防水防渗施工技术应用要点，研究防水
防渗材料管理、施工技术工序梳理、加强现场施工管理、组建可靠施工队伍等事项，其目的在于提高土建工程的抗
渗性，延长工程项目的使用寿命。
