第一章：初遇大鱼
TheoldmanwasaloneintheboatontheGulfStreamandhehadnotcaughtafishforeightyfourdays.
老人独自一人驾着小船，在墨西哥湾流中航行，已经八十四天没有捕到一条鱼了。
Everymorninghesailedoutoftheharborinhisskiff,andeveryeveninghesailedbackagain,emptyhanded.
每天早晨，他驾驶小船出海，每晚又空手而归。
Theboy,Manolin,whohadbeenhisapprentice,wasforbiddenhisparentstosailwiththeoldmanandwasnowgoingoutwithanotherfisherman.
