2.1TheLessoragreestorentouttheSite,andtheLesseeagreestorenttheSiteforthepurposeofoperatingabusiness.

Article3:TermofRental
3.1Thetermofthiscontractshallbefromthedateofsigningthiscontractto____(EndDate).

5.2TheLesseeshallberesponsibleformaintainingtheSiteingoodconditionandshallrepairanydamagescausedbyitsnegligenceormismanagement.
Article6:SecurityandInsurance
6.1TheLesseeshallprovideevidenceofinsurancecoveringanydamagetotheSiteanditscontentscausedbyfire,theft,orotherrisks.
6.2TheLessorshallensurethattheSiteisproperlysecuredandcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsrelatedtosafetyandsecurity.
