ThisImportationContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadebyandbetweenPartyAandPartyB,bothpartiesagreeingtothefollowingtermsandconditions:

PartyAagreestopurchasetheimportedgoodslistedinAnnexA(theGoods)fromPartyB.Thespecifications,quantity,andotherrelateddetailsoftheGoodsareclearlystatedinAnnexA.
2.PriceandPayment:
ThetotalcontractpricefortheGoodsshallbeasspecifiedinAnnexA.PartyAshallmakepaymentthroughtheagreedmodeofpaymentwithinthestipulatedtimeframe.Detailsofpaymentterms,procedures,andtimeframesarestatedinAnnexB.
3.QualityandQuantity:
ThequalityandquantityoftheGoodsshallmeetthespecificationsstatedinAnnexA.AnydiscrepanciesinqualityorquantitymustbereportedwithinareasonabletimeaftertheGoodsarrivalattheportofdestination.
