根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》及相关法律法规，甲乙双方本着平等、自愿、协商一致的原则，签订本合同，确立劳动关系，共同遵守。

一、合同期限及服务岗位

（一）合同期限：本合同自______年______月______日起至______年______月______日止，合同期限为______年。试用期限为______个月，试用期包含在合同期限内。期满如需续聘请依据实际再续合同。甲方依据企业经营需要，向乙方分配教练工作。乙方必须服从甲方的安排与调配。乙方所服务的岗位是驾驶教练员岗位。工作地点为甲方所属的驾校训练场或训练基地及相关实践场地。

Article1:ContractTermandEmploymentPosition

(1)ContractTerm:Thiscontractisvalidfrom____________to____________foratermof________years.Theprobationaryperiodis________months.Thecontractwillbeautomaticallyreneweduponexpirationifbothpartiesagreetocontinuetheemployment.

(2)Position:PartyBshallserveasadrivingcoachatPartyAsdesignateddrivingschool.ThespecificdutiesandresponsibilitiesshallbeinaccordancewithPartyAsCoachManagementSystem.

Article2:JobRequirementsandResponsibilities

(1)PartyBshallcompletethetasksofdrivinginstructionandotherrelateddutiesassignedbyPartyAinaccordancewithitsjobresponsibilities.PartyBshallconformtotheprofessionalethicsofcoachesandprovidequalitycoachingservicestostudents.

Article3:WorkingHoursandSalaries

(1)PartyBsworkinghoursshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofPartyAslabordiscipline.PartyBshallalsocomplywiththeregulationsonworkhoursandrest.

(2)PartyBssalaryandwelfareshallbeinaccordancewithPartyAssalarysystemandrelevantpolicies.PartyAshallpayPartyBssalaryontime.

Article4:ContractTerminationandTerminationCompensation

(2)IfPartyBviolatesthecontractortherelevantregulations,PartyAmayterminatethecontractimmediatelyandclaimcompensationforlossesincurred.Conversely,ifPartyAviolatesthecontract,PartyBmayterminatethecontractandseeklegalremedies.
