新生儿抚触联合中医穴位按摩治疗新生儿黄疸的护理效果

【摘要】目的探究新生儿黄疸使用新生儿抚触联合中医穴位按摩治疗的疗效。方法使用电脑随机分组原则

对本院新生儿科2023年1月-2023年12月期间收治的105例新生儿黄疸患儿分成两组，其中参照组52例实施新

生儿抚触护理，研究组53例加用中医穴位按摩干预，比较两组新生儿黄疸患儿的护理效果。结果研究组新生儿

干预后的症状缓解时间短于参照组新生儿（P＜0.05）；研究组护理后的总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素低于

参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿的家属护理满意度评分高于参照组患儿（P＜0.05）；而研究组干预后的日均睡

眠时长长于参照组（P＜0.05），差异均具有统计学意义。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿实施新生儿抚触联合中医穴位

按摩干预的效果十分显著，能加速患儿黄疸消退、胎便转黄的速度，强化蓝光照射治疗的效果，改善患儿的睡眠

质量，缩短患儿住院时间。
