PREAMBLE:
ThisEmploymentContractisenteredintobyandbetweenAppleInc.(hereinafterreferredtoastheCompany)andtheEmployee,inaccordancewiththelaborlawsofthecountrywheretheEmployeeisemployed.ThepurposeofthisContractistoclearlydefinethetermsandconditionsofemploymentbetweentheCompanyandtheEmployee.
TERMSOFEMPLOYMENT:
1.PositionandResponsibilities:TheEmployeeshallserveas[InsertPosition]attheCompany,performingdutiesasdescribedinthejobdescription.
2.WorkingHours:TheEmployeeshallworkstandardworkinghoursasprescribedbytheCompany.
3.SalaryandBenefits:TheEmployeeshallreceiveasalaryasperCompanypolicy,alongwithotherbenefitsasperCompanyregulations.
4.DurationofEmployment:ThisContractshallbevalidforaperiodof[InsertDuration]fromthedateofsigning.
5.Confidentiality:TheEmployeeagreestomaintainconfidentialityofallCompanyinformationanddata.
6.Non-Competition:TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanycompetingactivitiesduringthetermofemploymentandforaspecifiedperiodaftertheterminationofemployment.
7.IntellectualProperty:AllintellectualpropertyrightsarisingoutoftheEmployee’sworkshallbeownedbytheCompany.
8.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisContractinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstatedinthisContract.
9.DisciplinaryMeasures:TheCompanymaytakedisciplinarymeasuresagainsttheEmployeeforanymisconductornegligence,asprescribedbyCompanypolicies.
