Since2023,theglobaleconomicrecoveryhasAtthesametime,thesurveyrevealsthatnearlyInadditiontothis,theresearchshowsthat

fallenshortofexpectations.ThePwCGlobalhalfofemployeeshaveexperiencedasurgeinemployeesarealreadyawareofthedrastic

WorkforceHopesandFearsSurvey2023–workloadthathasnotbeenmatchedbyanchangeinjobskillrequirementsoverthenextfive

ChineseMainlandReportpointsoutthatnearlyincreaseinincome.Thesurveyalsofoundayears.Morethanthreequartersofemployees

halfofChinesemainlandrespondentsbelievepositivecorrelationbetweenthefrequencyofagreethattheyneedprofessionaltrainingfortheir

thattheircompanieswillnotsurvivemorethanausingGenAIandtheirefficiency,salaryandjobroles.Nearly80%ofemployeesindicatethat
