1.总则

GeneralRules

1.1.船舶航行中，所有值班人员，必须严格遵守各项规章制度；以高度的责任感，认真、

谨慎、果断地操作，确保安全航行。

Duringnavigationallthecrewondutyshouldcomplywithalltherulestoensurethesafe

navigationbyearnestprudentialanddecisiveoperation.

1.2.值班人员不得闲谈、看阅书报和擅离岗位。

Thecrewondutyisprohibitedtochatting,readingandmissingduty.

1.3.下达的舵令和车钟口令及各项操作时要准确、清晰，受令者应清楚回令，立即执行，

并汇报执行完成情况。
