Article1:ContractScope

ThiscontractismadebyandbetweenPartyAandPartyB,whereinPartyBagreestoactastheshippingagentofPartyAinconnectionwiththetransportationofgoodsbyseafromtheportof[PortofOrigin]totheportof[PortofDestination].

Article2:TypesofServices

PartyBshallprovidethefollowingservicestoPartyA:

1.BookingServices:AssistPartyAinbookingspaceonvesselsforthetransportationofgoods.

2.TeamingServices:AssistPartyAinarrangingfortheloadingandunloadingofgoodsattheportoforiginanddestination.

3.DocumentationServices:Prepareandsubmitallnecessarydocumentsrelatedtothetransportationofgoods,suchasbillsoflading,invoices,andpackinglists.

4.CustomsClearanceServices:AssistPartyAincompletingcustomsclearanceproceduresattheportofdestination.

5.OtherServices:ProvideanyotherservicesrelatedtothetransportationofgoodsasmayberequestedbyPartyA.

Article3:RatesandCharges

1.BookingFees:PartyAshallpayabookingfeetoPartyBforeachbookingmadethroughPartyB.Thebookingfeeshallbe[BookingFeeAmount]payableatthetimeofbooking.

2.TeamingFees:PartyAshallpayateamingfeetoPartyBforeachshipmentloadedorunloadedbyPartyB.Theteamingfeeshallbe[TeamingFeeAmount]payableatthetimeofloadingorunloading.

3.DocumentationFees:PartyAshallpayadocumentationfeetoPartyBforeachsetofdocumentspreparedbyPartyB.Thedocumentationfeeshallbe[DocumentationFeeAmount]payableatthetimeofdocumentpreparation.
