Preamble:

ThisLaborContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)isestablishedinaccordancewiththeLaborContractLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,aimingtodefinetherightsandobligationsoftheEmployerandtheEmployee.

Article1:PurposeandBasis

ThepurposeofthisContractistoregulatethelaborrelationshipbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee,toprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothparties,andtopromoteharmoniousandstablelaborrelations.

Article2:Scope

ThisContractappliestotheEmployerandtheEmployeewithintheterritorygovernedbythePeoplesRepublicofChina.

Article3:Principles

TheconclusionofthisContractshallbebasedontheprinciplesoflegality,fairness,equality,voluntariness,andhonestyandcredibility.

Article4:TypesofLaborContracts

Thetypesoflaborcontractsincludefixed-termlaborcontracts,open-endedlaborcontracts,andlaborcontractsforspecifictasks.

Article5:EmployersObligations

TheEmployershallprovideasafeandhealthyworkingenvironment,clearlydefinejobresponsibilities,andensuretheEmployeeslegalrightsandinterests.

Article6:EmployeesObligations

TheEmployeeshallcompletethetasksassignedbytheEmployer,complywiththeEmployersrulesandregulations,andmaintainconfidentialityregardingtheEmployersbusinesssecrets.

Article7:LaborContractConcludingProcedures

TheEmployerandtheEmployeeshallsignthelaborcontractinwrittenform.Thelaborcontractshallcomeintoeffectuponsignaturebybothparties.

Article8:LaborContractContent

Thelaborcontractshallincludethefollowingcontent:

NameandaddressoftheEmployer;

Name,address,andidentitynumberoftheEmployee;

Jobpositionandworkcontent;

Worklocation;

Workinghoursandrestandleave;

Laborremuneration;

Socialinsurance;

Laborprotectionandworkingconditions;
