Asageneralrule,eachusebyaTeamofthe“FerrariChallengeLogo”issubjecttoFerrari’spriorwrittenapproval.

Theapprovalcanberequestedbysendingane-mailtoFerrariChallenge@keepingcopiedoneofthefollowingemails:

forFerrariChallengeNorthAmerica:louis.colmache@forFerrariChallengeAsiaPacific:filippo.zanier@

i.images,drawingandotherrepresentations(bothstillandmoving)ofFerrari(the“FerrariImages“)

ii.anyname,logo,trade/servicemark,identifications,designationsorotherelementownedby,pertainingtoordirectlyorindirectlyreferredorreferableto,Ferrari,including(butnotlimitedto)predominantlyredelementsorcomponents(collectively,the“FerrariElements“)
