大数据临床科研平台的设计与实现

摘要目的：优化传统科研工作存在的复杂耗时的流程环节，包括构思研究思路、获取数据、处理数据、统计建模等，
建成一体化科研平台，方便科研人员高效、高质完成科研工作。方法：基于大数据相关技术，整合、清洗医院多源异构数
据，形成标准化大数据资源中心，并基于资源中心建设相关科研应用。结果：实现了专病库管理、数据质控、数据导出、
统计分析等功能，解决了科研人员在专病库建立及统计建模等方面的难题。结论：提升了科研质量及效率，加快了科研成
果转化，从而间接促进了医疗质量的提高。

researchplatform,sothatresearcherscancompletescientificresearchworkwithhighefficiencyandhighquality.Methods:Basedon
relatedtechnologiesofbigdata,multi-sourceheterogeneousdataofhospitalsareintegratedandcleaned,thestandardizedbigdata
resourcecenterisformed,andrelatedscientificresearchandapplicationarebuiltbasedontheresourcecenter.Results:Thespecial
diseasedatabasemanagement,dataqualitycontrol,dataexport,statisticalanalysisandotherfunctionsarerealized.Thedifficultiesof
researchersintheestablishmentofspecialdiseasedatabaseandstatisticalmodelingareovercome.Conclusion:Thequalityandefficiency
ofscientificresearchareimproved,andthetransformationofscientificresearchresultsisaccelerated,andthustheimprovementof
medicalqualityisindirectlypromote
