1.ScopeofAgreement
ThisagreementoutlinesthetermsandconditionsforthestorageofgoodsbyPartyAatthewarehouseofPartyB.Theagreementcoversthefollowingareas:
*Storageofgoods
*Handlingandprocessingofgoods
*Protectionandpreservationofgoods
*Deliveryofgoods
*Paymentforservicesrendered
2.StorageofGoods
1.PartyAshalldeposititsgoodsatthewarehouseofPartyBforstorage.Thespecificitemstobestored,theirquantities,andanyotherrelevantdetailsshallbeagreeduponbybothparties.
2.PartyBshallprovideasuitablestoragefacilityforthegoods,ensuringthatthegoodsareproperlystoredandprotectedfromdamage,loss,ortheft.Thestoragefacilityshallbesecureandmeetallapplicableindustrystandards.
3.PartyAmayprovideitsownpackagingmaterialsforthegoodstobestored,oritmayrequestPartyBtoprovidesuchmaterialsatanagreedcost.
3.HandlingandProcessingofGoods
1.PartyBshallensurethatthegoodsarehandledandprocessedwithduecareandattentiontodetail.Thisincludesloading,unloading,andtransportationofthegoodswithinthewarehouse.
2.Ifanyspecialhandlingorprocessingrequirementsarerequired,PartyAshallinformPartyBinadvance,andPartyBshallcomplywithsuchrequirementstothebestofitsability.
3.PartyBshallimplementallnecessarysafetymeasurestoensurethesafetyofthegoodsanditsemployeesduringhandlingandprocessing.
