TheMEG20/MEG23seriesair‑cooledmotorisanewgenerationofthree‑phasepermanent
magnetsynchronousmotorsforhydraulicservoplatforms.Itismainlyusedininjection
moldingmachines,hydraulicpresses,andprofileextruders.
Themotorcomesinthreespeedcategories:1700rpm/2000rpm/2200rpm,withpower
rangingfrom8.2kWto78.6kWandtorquerangingfrom43N·mto357N·m.Tomeetthe
needforfootmounting,‑K(narrowfoot,standard)and‑W(widefoot,custom)models
thatconfiguredwiththefootmountingplateareavailable.
Themotoradoptsanindependentfanforaircooling.Thestatorwindingisbuilt‑inwith
PT1000fortemperatureprotection.Therotoradoptsthebuilt‑instructuretogreatly
improvethedemagnetizationcapacityofthemotor.Itisrecommendedtousethismotor
togetherwithES680seriesdrivestoformanefficientdrivesystemthatfeatureshigh‑
performanceandlownoise.
