摘要
农民是制定农村振兴战略过程中的主要参与者之一，党的十九大报告提出，要把“三农”问题作为党内活动的重要部分，把推进农业现代化发展作为新时代的重要任务。中国的农业发展存“人力资源短缺”的问题，而培育新型职业农民，解决农业人才短缺，以适应农业现代化的发展，这是我们国家现在需要解决的最重要问题之一。为响应乡村振兴战略中发展新型职业农民的号召，本文通过查询相关文献，了解国内外新型职业农民的发展过程和趋势。同时，了解新型职业农民发展的相关概念和理论，发现其发展中的潜在问题，并结合海南省新型职业农民发展的数据，提出建议和优化措施，探索更科学的农民培育路径。

Abstract
TheFarmersareoneofthekeyplayersintheprocessofdevelopingaruralrevitalisationstrategy,andthe19thPartyCongressreportproposestomakethethreeruralissuesanimportantpartofthePartysactivities,andtopromoteagriculturalmodernisationasanimportanttaskinthenewera.Chinasagriculturaldevelopmentsuffersfromashortageofhumanresources,andthecultivationofnewtypesofprofessionalfarmerstoaddresstheshortageofagriculturaltalentinordertoadapttothedevelopmentofagriculturalmodernisationisoneofthemostimportantissuesthatourcountryneedstoaddressnow.Inresponsetothecallforthedevelopmentofnewtypesofprofessionalfarmersintheruralrevitalisationstrategy,thispapersearchesrelevantliteraturetounderstandthedevelopmentprocessandtrendsofnewtypesofprofessionalfarmersathomeandabroad.Atthesametime,itunderstandstheconceptsandtheoriesrelatedtothedevelopmentofnewprofessionalfarmers,identifiespotentialproblemsintheirdevelopment,andproposessuggestionsandoptimisationmeasurestoexploreamorescientificcultivationpathforfarmers,takingintoaccountthedataonthedevelopmentofnewprofessionalfarmersinHainanProvince.
