Preamble

Agreement

1.LoanAmountandPurpose

Theborroweragreestoborrowfromthelenderthesumof[amountoftheloan]forthepurposeof[generalpurposeoftheloan].Theloanshallbeusedforpersonal,family,orhouseholdpurposesonly.

2.TermoftheLoan

3.InterestRateandRepaymentSchedule

5.DefaultandTermination

Iftheborrowerfailstorepaytheloanontheduedateoratanytimeduringthetermoftheloan,thelendermayterminatethisAgreementimmediatelyanddemandimmediaterepaymentofthefullamountoftheloantogetherwithalloutstandinginterestandpenalties.Thelendermayalsodisposeofanysecurityheldtorealizeitsvalue.
