新工科背景下高职院校基于模糊层次分析法的

化工类学生综合素质评价研究

摘要：新工科背景下，高职院校的人才培养模式更加强调实践能力和创新能力，以满足产业升级和国家对人才的能力需

求。化工类学生综合素质评价模型是基于新工科背景而提出的。针对化工专业，研究企业和国家对工科人才的能力需

求，分析新工科背景下复合型人才培养体系要素，明确化工类大学生综合素质的具体内涵以及核心能力要素，构建化工

类工科大学生综合素质评价模型，形成综合素质评价指标体系。

Abstract:Underthebackgroundofnewengineering,thetalentcultivationmodeofhighervocationalcollegesputsmoreemphasison

practicalandinnovativeabilitiestomeettheneedsofindustrialupgradingandthecountryfortalentcapabilities.Thecomprehensive

qualityevaluationmodelforchemicalengineeringstudentsisproposedbasedonthebackgroundoftheNewEngineering.Forthe

chemicalengineeringmajor,thispaperresearchstheabilityneedsofenterprisesandthecountryforengineeringtalents,analyzes

theelementofthecompoundtalenttrainingsystemunderthenewengineeringbackground,clarifiesthespecificconnotationand

coreabilityelementsofthecomprehensivequalityofchemicalengineeringcollegestudents,constructsacomprehensivequality

evaluationmodelofchemicalengineeringcollegestudents,andformsacomprehensivequalityevaluationindexsystem.
