    preliminarydraftsorearlierversionsoftheWork;andallotherrightsintheWorkofwhatever

    nature,whethernowknownorcreatedinthefuture,towhichtheAssignorisnow,oratanytime

    afterthedateofthisagreementmaybe,entitledbyvirtueofthelawsinforceintheUnited

    Kingdom[andinanyotherpartoftheworld],ineachcaseforthewholetermincludingany

    renewals,reversions,revivalsandextensionsandtogetherwithallrelatedrightsandpowers

    arisingoraccrued,includingtherighttobring,make,oppose,defend,appealandobtainrelief(and

    toretainanydamagesrecovered)inrespectofanyinfringement,oranyothercauseofaction
