PretermbirthpHofbodyfluid,bodytemperature,volumeofpulmonarybloodflowandhormonecaninfluencePSsecretion.Asphyxia,hypothermia,placentaprevia,placentalabruptionandhypotensionofmother,whichcaninfluencebloodflowoffetus.HighlevelinsulinofIDMmayresistthepromotioneffectofadrenalcortexhormonetoPSsynthesisEtiology
