石化企业人才盘点方法与问题解决方案研究

摘要：石化企业常采用人才盘点，系统梳理内外部人才情况，以优化人才配置，提升企业竞争力。文章分析了石化企业在

进行人才盘点时常用的深入对接调研、深层分类盘点、多角度分析、人才盘点工具应用等方法思路，指出企业在人才管

理过程中面临的关键问题，如人员年龄结构不合理、整体学历水平仍待提高、职称水准不高和能力素质发展不均衡等，

并针对这些问题提出了切实可行的解决策略。通过这些策略的实施，石化企业不仅能够解决现存的人才问题，还能大幅

提升其竞争力和发展潜力，有助于企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势。

Abstract:Petrochemicalenterprisesoftenusetalentinventorytosystematicallysortouttheinternalandexternaltalentsituation,

inordertooptimizetalentallocationandenhanceenterprisecompetitiveness.Thispaperanalyzesthecommonlyusedmethodsand

ideasfortalentinventoryinpetrochemicalenterprises,suchasin-depthdockingresearch,deepclassif icationinventory,multi

angleanalysis,andtheapplicationoftalentinventorytools.Identifythekeyissuesfacedbyenterprisesintalentmanagement,suchasan

unreasonableagestructureofpersonnel,theoveralleducationlevelstillneedstobeimproved,thelevelofprofessionaltitlesisnothigh,

andthedevelopmentofabilitiesandqualitiesisuneven,andproposepracticalandfeasiblesolutionstotheseproblems.Through

theimplementationofthesestrategies,petrochemicalenterprisescannotonlysolveexistingtalentproblems,butalsosignif icantly

enhancetheircompetitivenessanddevelopmentpotential,helpingthemmaintaintheiradvantagesinf iercemarketcompetition.
