石化装置板式塔管口方位的研究

摘要：在石油化工装置生产过程中，精馏塔作为实现气液两相介质传质与传热过程的核心重要设备，广泛应用于石油、

化工、环保、医药等行业，其设计直接影响设备传质效率和连续操作的稳定性。从塔的内部结构型式上来分，精馏塔主要

分为板式塔和填料塔两大类。相较于填料塔而言，板式塔的管口方位需满足的各类要求多，不但要满足工艺要求，还要

满足塔内部构造、配管及检维修等相关要求，只有在设计过程中全方位统筹考虑，才能设计合理。因此，文章以板式塔为

例，通过详细分析各类管口方位的不同，进而展开最佳方位的讨论。

Abstract:Intheproductionprocessofpetrochemicalequipment,fractionatingcolumn,asthecoreimportantequipmenttorealize

themasstransferandheattransferprocessofgas-liquidtwo-phasemedium,iswidelyusedinpetroleum,chemical,environmental

protection,medicineandotherindustries.Itsdesigndirectlyaffectsthemasstransferefficiencyandcontinuousoperationstabilityof

equipment.Fromtheinternalstructureofthetower,thefractionatingcolumnismainlydividedintotwocategories:platetowerand

packedtower.Comparedwiththepackedtower,thenozzleorientationoftheplatetowerneedstomeetvariousrequirements,which

mustnotonlymeettheprocessrequirements,butalsomeettheinternalstructureofthetower,pipingandinspectionandmaintenance

andotherrelatedrequirements,onlytheoverallconsiderationinthedesignprocesscanbereasonabledesign.Therefore,thepaper

takestheplatetowerasanexample,throughthedetailedanalysisofthedifferentofvariousnozzleorientation,andthendiscussesthe

bestorientation.
