2.QualityofProducts

3.PriceandPaymentTerms

4.DeliveryTerms

5.AcceptanceandInspection

PartyBshallinspecttheproductsuponreceiptandshallnotifyPartyAofanydefectsordiscrepancieswithin[InspectionPeriod]fromthedateofdelivery.FailuretonotifyPartyAwithinthespecifiedperiodshallconstituteacceptanceoftheproducts.

6.Warranties

PartyAwarrantsthattheproductssuppliedshallbefreefromanydefectsordeficienciesinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof[WarrantyPeriod]fr
