WetWipePurchaseAgreement

ThisWetWipePurchaseAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date]byandbetweenthefollowingtwoparties:

1.ContractProduct:

TheProductunderthisAgreementisWetWipes,whichshallbedeliveredtotheBuyerbytheSellerinaccordancewiththespecificationsandstandardsspecifiedinthisAgreement.

2.ProductSpecifications:

ThedetailedspecificationsoftheWetWipes,includingsize,material,quantity,packaging,etc.,shallbeaspertheattachedproductspecificationssheet.Anydeviationfromthespecifiedstandardsshallbemutuallyagreeduponinwriting.

3.PriceandPayment:

ThepriceoftheWetWipesshallbe[specifyprice]perunit/package,whichshallbepaidbytheBuyertotheSellerthroughbanktransfer/otheragreedmodeofpayment.Thepaymenttermsshallbeasagreeduponbetweenbothparties.

4.DeliveryandShipping:

TheSellershallensuretimelydeliveryoftheWetWipestotheBuyersdesignatedlocation.AnydelayindeliveryshallbenotifiedtotheBuyerinadvance.TherisksoflossordamageduringtransitshallbebornebytheSelleruntiltheproductisreceivedbytheBuyeringoodcondition.

5.QualityAssurance:

TheSellershallensurethattheWetWipescomplywithallapplicablequalitystandardsandshallprovidenecessaryqualityassurancedocumentstotheBuyer.TheSellershallalsobearanycostsrelatedtoproductdefectsornon-conformities.

6.Warranty:

TheSellerherebywarrantsthattheWetWipesarefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandarefitfortheirintendedpurpose.TheSellershallreplaceorrepairanydefectiveproductsatitsowncost.

7.Confidentiality:

BothpartiesshallmaintainconfidentialityofallinformationrelatedtothisAgreement,whichisnotmeantforpublicdisclosure
