摘要

随着社会经济的不断发展，居民的生活水平质量也有所提高，人们不再单纯地追求住宅的实用性和安全性，还对住宅的美观性和舒适性有了更高的要求，所以居民越来越重视住宅的供暖设计问题。

本设计的题目是北京市住宅采暖及小区换热站设计，本次设计建筑共11层，建筑高度为33米，采用的是地板辐射采暖的采暖方式。我所设计的目标是住宅楼，采用分户计量热水供暖系统，供回水温度为55/45°C。水-水热交换系统共分2个系统，地板高区采暖系统：供热面积9万㎡；地板低区采暖系统：供热面积10万㎡。地板供暖是以温度不高于60℃的热水作为热源，在埋置于地板下的盘管系统内循环流动，加热整个地板，通过地面均匀地向室内辐射散热的一种供暖方式。它对地面装饰材料有透热方面的要求。通过设计过程熟悉供暖设计的程序、内容和基本原则，学习设计的方法步骤，进一步提高运算、制图和使用资料的能力，巩固所学的知识，培养这些知识解决设计问题的能力。

ABSTRACT

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofthesocialeconomy,thequalityoflivingofresidentshasalsoimproved,peoplenolongersimplypursuethepracticalityandsafetyoftheresidence,butalsohavehigherrequirementsforthebeautyandcomfortoftheresidence,soresidentspaymoreandmoreattentiontotheheatingdesignoftheresidence.
