化工企业财务风险管理中存在的问题及对策

摘要：化工企业在推动中国经济发展方面发挥着重要的作用。随着社会的发展及市场经济的完善，中国化工企业的数量
逐渐增多，市场竞争越来越激烈，企业财务面临的风险问题也不断增多，加强财务风险管理对化工企业发展有着积极的
影响。目前，中国部分化工企业缺少对财务风险管理必要性的认识，缺乏完善的财务风险管理机制。对此，文章结合财务
风险管理相关概述，重点阐述了化工企业财务风险管理中存在的部分问题，在对问题进行分析的基础上，提出了对策和
防范措施，以期对化工企业的管理和发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract:ChemicalenterprisesplayanimportantroleinpromotingChina’seconomicdevelopment.Withthedevelopmentof
societyandtheperfectionofmarketeconomic,thenumberofchemicalenterprisesinChinaisincreasinggradually,themarket
competitionisbecomingmoreandmorefierce,andtheriskproblemsfacedbyenterprises’financearealsoincreasing.Strengthening
financialriskmanagementhasapositiveimpactonthedevelopmentofchemicalenterprises.Atpresent,somechemicalenterprises
inChinalackunderstandingofthenecessityoffinancialriskmanagementandperfectfinancialriskmanagementmechanism.Inthis
regard,thispapercombinedwiththeoverviewoffinancialriskmanagement,focusesonsomeproblemsexistinginthefinancialrisk
managementofchemicalenterprises,basedontheanalysisoftheproblems,putsforwardcountermeasuresandpreventivemeasures,
inordertoprovideusefulreferenceforthemanagementanddevelopmentofchemicalenterprises.
