化工危化品储存安全管理与事故应急管理

摘要：文章以化工危化品安全存储和安全事故管理为主要研究内容，首先对化工危化品安全存储进行概述，从钢瓶存
储、运输储存管理、使用储存管理、改装管理和储存基本常识五个方面阐述安全管理标准；其次，分析化工危化品安全事
故应急管理工作开展对策，提出安全管理工作标准和编制依据；最后，从企业和政府两方面分析危化品安全事故管理提
升策略，企业、政府单位应当积极转变应急思维，认识安全管理重要性，将安全管理工作压实到生产各个环节，并完善相
关制度体系，保证管理工作有章可循。

Abstract:Thispapertakesthesafestorageandsafetyaccidentmanagementofchemicalhazardouschemicalsasthemainresearch
content,f irstlysummarizesthesafestorageofchemicalhazardouschemicals,andexpoundsthesafetymanagementstandards
fromf iveaspects:cylinderstorage,transportationandstoragemanagement,usestoragemanagement,modif icationmanagement
andbasicknowledgeofstorage.Secondly,thecountermeasuresfortheemergencymanagementofchemicalhazardouschemicals
safetyaccidentswereanalyzed,andthesafetymanagementstandardsandpreparationbasiswereproposed.Finally,fromthe
perspectiveofenterprisesandthegovernment,thestrategyofimprovingthemanagementofhazardouschemicalsafetyaccidents
isanalyzed,andenterprisesandgovernmentunitsshouldactivelychangetheiremergencythinking,understandtheimportanceof
safetymanagement,compactsafetymanagementintoallaspectsofproduction,andimprovetherelevantsystemstoensurethatthe
managementworkhasrulestofollow.
