【摘要】目的：分析运用锁扣带袢双钛板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的短期效果。方法：选取

我院收治的120例肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组与观察组各60例，

对照组运用锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗，观察组运用锁扣带袢双钛板内固定治疗，综合评价并对

比两组患者治疗后的短期效果。结果：观察组患者的肩关节Constant评分明显高于对照组，

对比两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组的优良率为81.7%，观察组的优良率为93.3%，

观察组明显高于对照组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：肩锁关节脱位运用

锁扣带袢双钛板内固定治疗的短期效果显著，有助于肩锁关节功能的快速恢复，值得临床推

广。

[Abstract]Objective：toanalysistheshort-termeffectofacromioclavicularjointdislocationusing

buttonswithloopplatefixation.Methods：120casesofourhospitalpatientswithshoulderlock

jointdislocationastheresearchobject，wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupand

observationgroupwith60casesineachgroup，thecontrolgrouptreatedwithclavicularhook

platefixation，theobservationgroupusedbuttonswithloopplatefixation，shorttermeffectof

comprehensiveevaluationandcomparisonofthetwogroupsaftertreatment.Results：thegroup

ofpatientswithshoulderConstantscoreintheobservationwassignificantlyhigherthanthe

controlgroup，therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups（P0.05）;

theexcellentrateofcontrolgroupwas81.7%，theexcellentrateoftheobservationgroupwas

93.3%，theobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup，thedifferencewas

statisticallysignificantbetweenthetwogroups（P0.05）.Conclusion：theshort-termeffectof

acromioclavicularjointdislocationusingbuttonswithloopplatefixationinthetreatmentof

significant，rapidrecoveryhelpstheacromioclavicularjointfunction，isworthyofpromotion.
