PART1:INTRODUCTION
Thisagreementismadebetweenthefollowingparties:

*Tenant:[NameofTenant]
PART2:RENTALPROPERTY
2.1Thepropertytoberentedislocatedat[AddressoftheProperty].
2.2Thepropertycomprisesof[Descriptionoftheproperty,e.g.,ahouse,anapartment,acommercialspace,etc.]
2.3Thelandlordhastherighttorentoutthepropertyandensureitsproperusebythetenant.
PART3:RENTALTERM
3.1Therentaltermofthisagreementshallbe[Lengthoftherentalterm,e.g.,oneyear,twoyears,etc.]fromthedateofsigningthisagreement.
3.2Therentaltermmayberenewedattheendoftheterm,providedthatbothpartiesagreetodoso.
PART4:RENT

PART5:SECURITYDEPOSIT
5.1Thetenantshallpayasecuritydepositof[Amountofsecuritydeposit]tothelandlordatthestartoftherentalterm.
5.2Thesecuritydepositshallbereturnedtothetenantattheendoftherentalterm,providedthatthetenanthasfulfilledallhisobligationsunderthisagreement.
5.3Ifthetenantfailstofulfillhisobligations,thelandlordmaydeductthecostsofrepairsorreplacementsfromthesecuritydeposit.
PART6:USEOFPROPERTY
6.1Thetenantshallusethepropertyfor[Purposeforwhichthepropertyisrented,e.g.,residentialpurposes,commercialpurposes,etc.]only.
6.2Thetenantshallnotsubletorassignthepropertywithoutthewrittenconsentofthelandlord.
