Youhavetheownershiprightstogivetheauthoritydescribedin(i)above.

Ifyoufeel,atanytime,thattheidentifiedBrandManagershouldnolongermanageyourbrandthroughAmazon’sBrandRegistry,contactbrand-registry-service@torevoketheBrandManager’sauthorization.

Notethat:

BygrantingBrandRegistryauthoritytoanAmazonseller,youaregivingthatsellergreatercontrol,comparedtoothersellers,overtheAmazondetailpageattributes(e.g.titles,descriptionsandimages)forproductsunderyourbrand.

BrandRegistryenrollmentorauthorizationdoesnotprohibitothersellersfromsellingtheregisteredproductsonAmazon.

BrandRegistryauthorizationisanagreementsolelybetweenyouandtheselleryouauthorize.Amazondoesnotvouchforthesuitabilityoftheauthorizedselleroranyactionstaken(ornottaken)bytheauthorizedseller.YouacknowledgethatAmazonhasnoresponsibilityorliabilityforanyactionsorinactionsbytheauthorizedseller.

Amazoninitssolediscretionmayatanytime,cancelormodify(a)theBrandRegistryor(b)anyseller’sBrandRegistryauthorization.

BUSINESSADDRESS:（地址-与证书保持一致）

Thisauthorizationisvalidfrom（授权开始日期：晚于商标注册日期，早于商标到期日期）
