宏博办公楼框架结构设计

摘要

该建筑为教学楼，建筑面积约4131m2，一共五层层，底层层高为3.9m，其余各层均为3.6m总高度为18.3m。本建筑坐北朝南，建筑平面为一字形，采光条件较好，布局对称，内有办公室，休息室，体育中心，会议室等。

结构设计使用年限50年，建筑抗震设防烈度为7度，框架抗震等级为三级，结构类型为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，柱子布置规则，纵横向仅布置框架梁，美观大方。框架结构，使用D值法计算水平地震作用下的影响，使用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向恒载及活载作用下的影响。根据荷载规范进行内力组合(因建筑物较低，在内力组合时，不考虑风荷载作用，仅考虑地震作用)，然后依据组合后最不利内力计算梁柱配筋。

Abstract

ThisbuildingistheHongBoteachingbuiling,theareaofthestructureisapproximately4131squaremeters,sixfloors,theheightoffirstflooris3.9meters,theotherfloorsareall3.6metershigh,andthetotalheightis18.3meters.Thisconstructfacessouth,theflatsurfaceis“一”shape,whichisbenefitfornaturallighting.thelayoutissymmetrical.Therearemanyordinaryoffices,sportcentre,conferencerooms,staffloungeandsoon.

Theserviceablelifeofthestructureis50years,theearthquakeresistanceintensityis7degree,theframegradeisthreelevel.Andthestructuretypeiscast-in-placereinforcedconcreteframestructurethearrangementofcolumnisregular；allthecrossgirdersareconnectedtothecolumns,whichisbeautiful；Theframestructure，utilzes“Dvaluelaw”tocomputetheimpactofthehorizontalearthquake,andthe“bendingmomentsecondaryallocation”methodtocomputetheeffectoftheverticalloadswhichcontaindeadloadsandliveloads.AccordingtotherulesoftheLoadCode,combinethebeforeforceandmomentresults(asthebuildingislow,thewindloadcanbeignoredintheforcecombinations),thendistributedsteelofcolumnsandbeamscanbecalculatedinresponsetotheworstcombinationresults.
