LIMITEDWARRANTYANDLIMITATIONOFLIABILITY

EachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseand

service.Thewarrantyperiodisoneyearandbeginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairs,and

servicesarewarrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalbuyerorend-usercustomerofa

Flukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,disposablebatteries,ortoanyproductwhich,inFlukes

opinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglected,contaminated,ordamagedbyaccidentorabnormalconditions

ofoperationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewilloperatesubstantiallyinaccordancewithitsfunctional

specificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeenproperlyrecordedonnon-defectivemedia.Flukedoesnot

warrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.

Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedproductstoend-usercustomersonly

buthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferentwarrantyonbehalfofFluke.Warrantysupportisavailable

onlyifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidtheapplicable

internationalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuyerforimportationcostsofrepair/replacementparts

whenproductpurchasedinonecountryissubmittedforrepairinanothercountry.Flukeswarrantyobligationis

limited,atFlukesoption,torefundofthepurchaseprice,freeofchargerepair,orreplacementofadefective

productwhichisreturnedtoaFlukeauthorizedservicecenterwithinthewarrantyperiod.
