绿色建筑工程管理存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】深受建筑行业人士关注的绿色建筑工程管理，能够推动行业健康发展。文章研究了绿色建筑工程管理存在的问题与

对策，在掌握绿色建筑特征的基础上，从缺乏完善的政策法规保障体系、施工队伍的绿色环保意识较为薄弱、施工技术水

平较低三个方面，对绿色建筑工程管理问题进行了分析。同时，强调了建立健全的绿色建筑施工的政策法规保障体系、增

强施工队伍的绿色环保施工意识、强化绿色施工技术管理工作三个管理措施，有助于转变绿色建筑工程管理模式，加快建

筑行业发展速度与深度。

【Abstract】Greenbuildingprojectmanagement,whichisdeeplyconcernedbypeopleintheconstructionindustry,canpromotethe

healthydevelopmentoftheindustry.Thispaperstudiestheexistingproblemsandcountermeasuresofgreenbuildingproject

management.Onthebasisofgraspingthecharacteristicsofgreenbuilding,itanalyzestheproblemsofgreenbuildingproject

managementfromthreeaspectsofthelackofperfectpoliciesandregulationsguaranteesystem,theweakgreenenvironmental

protectionawarenessofconstructionteam,andthelowconstructiontechnologylevel.Atthesametime,itemphasizesthree

managementmeasures,suchasestablishingasoundgreenbuildingconstructionpoliciesandregulationsguaranteesystem,

enhancingthegreenawarenessofenvironmentalprotectionconstructionoftheconstructionteam,andstrengtheningthetechnology

managementofgreenconstruction,whichhelptochangegreenbuildingprojectmanagementmode,andacceleratethespeedand

depthofdevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry.
