ThisWetWipePurchaseContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date],byandbetween[PartyA]and[PartyB],concerningthepurchaseofwetwipes.

I.ContractObjective:

TheobjectiveofthisContractistostipulatethetermsandconditionsunderwhichPartyBshallsupplywetwipestoPartyA.

II.ProductDescription:

TheproducttobepurchasedunderthisContractis湿巾(WetWipes),whichshallcomplywiththespecificationsandqualitystandardsattachedtothisContract.

III.QuantityandPrice:

1.PartyBagreestosupplytoPartyAthequantityofwetwipesspecifiedinthecontract.

2.Thepriceforthewetwipesshallbeasstatedinthecontractandmaynotbechangedunlessagreeduponbybothpartiesinwriting.

IV.DeliveryandPayment:

1.PartyBshalldeliverthewetwipestothedesignatedlocationwithintheagreedtimeframe.

2.PartyAshallmakepaymentinaccordancewiththetermsspecifiedinthisContract.

V.QualityAssurance:

1.PartyBshallensurethatthequalityofthewetwipessuppliedisincompliancewiththestandardsspecifiedinthisContract.

2.Ifanydefectordiscrepancyisfoundinthequalityoftheproduct,PartyBshall,atitsowncost,replaceorrectifytheproductaspertheagreedterms.

VI.Confidentiality:

BothpartiesshallmaintainconfidentialityofallinformationrelatedtothisContractthatisnotmeantforpublicdisclosure.

VII.ForceMajeure:

Incaseofanydelayorfailuretoperformduetoforcemajeure,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwriting.

VIII.Termination:

ThisContractmaybeterminatedonlybymutualconsentorinaccordancewiththetermsspecifiedinthisContract.
