高中思想政治《法律与生活》案例教学运用研究

摘要

高中思想政治《法律与生活》共包含“民事权利与义务”“家庭与婚姻”

“就业与创业”“社会争议解决”四个单元，其中涵盖了物权、财产权、知识

产权、诉讼、仲裁等众多生活中的法律知识，为塑造青少年正确的价值观、提

升法治素养提供重要抓手。为提升教学通俗性与趣味性，案例教学法被普遍运

用于高中思想政治《法律与生活》之中，并在实践中形成了不同的教学类型，

主要包括引入型法律案例教学、印证型法律案例教学、探究型法律案例教学、

亲验型法律案例教学四种常见类型。案例教学法的运用既能够助推法理讲深讲

透讲活，也能够以其互动特性促进学生学习方式转变，进而将核心素养培育落

到实处。

根据学生问卷调查、教师访谈结果和查阅相关文献发现，由于部分教师案

例选择能力、教学形式创新能力、价值诠释能力不足、以及案例教学评价体系

有待健全，导致案例教学在实际教学过程中存在着法律案例适切性不足、法律

案例呈现形式亟待丰富、案例解读重案情细节轻导向、案例教学评价轻过程重

结果等问题，这些问题严重阻碍了核心素养的培育和立德树人教育任务的落实。

在案例匹配训练中提升案例选择能力、在活学活用中强化教学形式创新能力、

在夯实思政专业基础中升华价值导航力、在实践中不断优化案例教学评价体系

等策略，是应对案例教学问题的有效之策，能够更好地提升教学实效，实现思

想政治课程的育人价值。
