5.Machinecleaning;;1）按规范要求的程序浇筑混凝土，每层混凝土不可超过450mm。

1)Pourconcreteaccordingtotheprocedurerequiredbythespecification,andeachlayerofconcreteshallnotexceed450mm.

2）振捣时快插慢拔，先大面后小面；振点间距不超过300mm，且不得靠近洗水面模具。

2)Whenvibrating,insertandpulloutslowly,withthelargesurfacefirstandthenthesmallsurface;thedistancebetweenthevibrationpointsshouldnotexceed300mm,anditshouldnotbeclosetothewashingsurfacemold.

3）卸混凝土时，不可利用振机把混凝土移到要落的地方。混凝土应用振机振捣密实。

3)Whenunloadingconcrete,donotuseavibratingmachinetomovetheconcretetotheplacewhereitwillfall.Theconcreteshouldbecompactedbyvibratingmachine.

;4）振捣混凝土时限应以混凝土内无气泡冒出为准。

4)Thetimelimitforvibratingconcreteshouldbebasedonnobubblesintheconcrete.

5）不可用力振混凝土，以免混凝土分层离析，如混凝土内已无气泡冒出，应立即停振该位置的混凝土。

5)Donotuseforcetovibratetheconcretetopreventtheconcretefromlayeringandsegregation.Iftherearenoairbubblesintheconcrete,stopvibratingtheconcreteatthatlocationimmediately.

6）振捣混凝土时，应避免钢筋、板模等振松。
