磁粉探伤的操作方法每班上、下午及夜班开工前应对探伤设备进行日常性能校验，应先检查探伤器的灵敏度及性能。确认探伤器良好后，再进行探伤操作。Dailyperformancecheckshouldbecarriedoutontheflawdetectionequipmentbeforestartingworkinthemorning,afternoonandnightshift.Thesensitivityandperformanceoftheflawdetectorshouldbecheckedfirst.Afterconfirmingthattheflawdetectorisingoodcondition,proceedwiththeflawdetectionoperation.一日常性能校验由探伤工、探伤工长、质检员、验收员共同参加。检查完毕，由探伤人员填写或打印《磁粉探伤机日常性能校验记录》（辆货统－424或车统-53K30（客车）），参加校验的人员应共同签章。探伤设备发生故障，检修后投入使用前应重新进行日常性能校验并做好记录。Dailyperformancecheckbyinspectionworkers,inspectionforeman,qualityinspector,inspectionpersonneltoparticipatein.Aftertheinspectioniscompleted,theinspectionpersonnelshallfillinorprinttheDailyPerformanceVerificationRecordofmagneticparticleinspectionMachine(vehiclecargosystem-424orvehiclesystem-53K30(passengercar)),andthepersonnelparticipatingintheverificationshalljointlysign.Iftheinspectionequipmentfails,thedailyperformancecheckshouldbecarriedoutagainandrecordsshouldbemadebeforetheinspectionandmaintenanceisputintouse.
