BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性PROTACROR1degrader-1(Compound11d)是伪激酶ROR1的PROTAC降解剂，可在NSCLC细胞中降解

ROR1，DC50为40-80nM。PROTACROR1degrader-1可导致PARP裂解并诱导NCI-H23细胞凋亡(
