;安全生产责任制度(Safetyproductionresponsibilitysystem)
安全生产责任制是最基本的安全管理制度是所有安全生产管理制度的核心。安全生产责任制是按照安全生产管理方针和“管生产的同时必须管安全”的原则,将各级负责人员、各职能部门及其工作人员和各岗位生产工人在安全生产方面应做的事情及应负的责任加以明确规定的一种制度。具体来说,就是将安全生产责任分解到相关单位的主要负责人、项目负责人、班组长以及每个岗位的作业人员身上。
Safetyproductionresponsibilitysystemisthemostbasicsafetymanagementsystemisthecoreofallsafetyproductionmanagementsystem.Thesafetyproductionresponsibilitysystemisasystemthatclearlydefinesthethingsandresponsibilitiesthatresponsiblepersonnelatalllevels,functionaldepartmentsandtheirstaffandproductionworkersatallpositionsshoulddoinsafetyproductioninaccordancewiththesafetyproductionmanagementpolicyandtheprincipleofmanagingproductionwhilemanagingsafety.Specifically,itistodecomposethesafetyproductionresponsibilitytothemainpersoninchargeoftherelevantunit,theprojectleader,theteamleaderandtheoperatorofeachpost.;安全生产责任制度的主要内容如下:

(1)安全生产责任制度主要包括企业主要负责人的安全责任,负责人或其他副职的安全责任,项目负责人(项目经理)的安全责任,生产、技术、材料等各职能管理负责人及其工作人员的安全责任,技术负责人(工程师)的安全责任、专职安全生产管理人员的安全责任,施工员的安全责任,班组长的安全责任和岗位人员的安全责任等。
