摘要

良好的师生互动不仅可以帮助学生理解所学的内容，而且可以提升教师的教学的效果和质量。本文主要研究小学数学课堂中师生互动的现状，采用课堂观察、访谈等方法，以宁德市某小学五年级四名教师和30名学生为对象，发现小学数学课堂中师生互动存在诸如忽视学生主体地位、互动形式单一、互动内容浅尝辄止等问题。教育教学观念落后、教师缺乏提问技巧、教学互动内容设计单调、学生缺乏学习积极性是导致这些问题的主要原因。为改善当前师生互动现状，小学数学教师可采取改善师生关系，重视学生的主体性培养；学习提问技巧，增强提问的启发性和针对性；设计教学内容，丰富课堂互动形式；激发学习兴趣，鼓励学生参与课堂互动等策略，从而改善师生关系，构建一个和谐的课堂。

Goodteacher-studentinteractioncannotonlyhelpstudentsunderstandwhattheyhavelearned,butalsoimprovetheeffectandqualityofteachersteaching.Thispapermainlystudiesthepresentsituationoftheelementaryschoolmathematicsclassroomteachersandinteractive,themethodsofclassroomobservation,interview,aprimaryschoolgradefouroffiveinningdeteachersand30studentsastheobject,foundthattheelementaryschoolmathematicsclassroomteachersinteractionexistsuchasneglectstudentsmainbodystatus,singleinteractiveforms,interactivecontentbetastedandsoon.Themaincausesoftheseproblemsarebackwardeducationalandteachingconcepts,teacherslackofquestioningskills,monotonousinteractiveteachingcontentdesignandstudentslackoflearningenthusiasm.Inordertoimprovethecurrentsituationofteacher-studentinteraction,primaryschoolmathematicsteacherscanimprovetheteacher-studentrelationshipandattachimportancetothecultivationofstudentssubjectivity.Learnquestioningskills,enhancethequestionofinspirationandpertinence;Designtheteachingcontent,enrichtheformofclassroominteraction;Strategiessuchasstimulatinglearninginterestandencouragingstudentstoparticipateinclassroominteractioncanimproveteacher-studentrelationshipandbuildaharmoniousclassroom.
