PART1-GENERAL

1.1SUMMARY

A.A.Commissioningworkshallensurethatallequipmentandsystemshavebeencompletelyandproperly

installed,tested,functiontogethercorrectlytomeetthedesignintent,andtodocumentsystem

performanceparametersforfine-tuningofcontrolsequencesandoperatingprocedures.The

commissioningprocessshallprovidesystemdocumentation,equipmentstart-up,systemcalibration,

testing,verificationandperformancetesting.

B.CoordinatewithrelatedtradestoscheduletheWorkandensureacompleteinstallationinaccordancewith

thescheduleoutlinedbytheOwner.Verifytheexactmountinglocationsandmountingheightsofall

equipmentwiththeOwnerpriortoinstallation.NotifytheOwnerintheeventthataparticularlocation

appearstobeunsuitable.CoordinatewiththeArchitecttoverifyworktobeprovidedbytheContractorthat

fallsoutsidethescopeoftheoverallProject.

C.TheWorkdetailedwithintheContractDocumentshasbeenspecifiedtomeetcertainrequirementsfor

performance,appearance,andcosts.ItshallbetheresponsibilityoftheContractortoimplementthe

guidelinesandrequirementscontainedintheDocumentsandtranslatethemintoacomp
