1).Underthemeasureinterface,click“Item”,choosethetestitemtobehs-CRP,press“Enter”
andreturntothemeasureinterface;
2).Underthemeasureinterface,click“Type”toselectthesampletype;
3).Click“NUM”toenterinto“BatchNo.input”interface.Putthehs-CRPreagentcardonto
theinductionzone,whena“di”soundwasheard,thecardswipingsucceed.Removethe
reagentcard,theinstrumentautomaticallyreturnstothemeasureinterface.(Note:iftwo“di”
soundsareheard,thereagentcarddoesn’tmatchtheitem)(Remark:Generally,forthesame
batchreagent,onlyneedtoinputthebatchno.onetime.);
4).Ifmeetthehighconcentrationsample,needbedilutedtotest.Click“Dilution”toenter
intotheinputinterface,inputthedilution,press“Enter”toreturntothemainmeasureinterface
(Remark:thedilutionwillnotbesaved.Forthenexttest,thedilutionreturnstothedefaulted
“1”).Generally,there’snoneedtorevisethedilution.
5).Click“ID”toenterinto“IDNo.Input”interfaceandeditthepatient’ssampleNo.(Only
edittheIDNo.,sequenceNo.cannotberevised).Ifthere’sbarcodeonthesample,thebar
codescannercanbeusedtoinputthebarcodeNo.andtheywillbesavedintheIDNo..
6).Undertheprompt“PleaseInputCup”,add2ulsampleintothecuvettewith600ulbuffer
solution,thenplaceitintothetestchannel;
