Teamsexamineabriefcasestudyfeaturingapotentialclientandaretaskedwithworkingcloselytomeetthatclient’slongterminvestmentgoals.EquippedwithanapprovedstocklistandtheWhartonInvestmentSimulator(WInS),whichallowsthemtosimulate(模拟)stocktrading,studentsdevelopaninvestmentstrategy,analyzesectorsandcompanies,andbuildaportfolio(投资组合)using$100,000invirtualcashprovidedbyWInSoverthecourseof10weeks.Winnersareselectedonthestrengthoftheirteamstrategies,notonthegrowthoftheirportfolios.Results

Finalreportsarereviewedbyateamofjudges,whoselect50semi-finalistteams.Thoseteamsareinvitedtopresenttheirstrategiestoapanelofexpertjudgesatthevirtualsemifinals.Thetop10teamsfromthesemifinalsmoveontothefinalofthecompetition,theGlobalFinale,atWhartoninPhiladelphia.PleaseRemember
