Witness:

Thiscontractismadeandexecutedinthenameofandonbehalfoftheabove-namedemployerandforeignemployee,asfollows:

1.Employment:

Theemployerherebyemploystheforeignemployee,andtheforeignemployeeherebyacceptsemploymentwiththeemployer,onthetermsandconditionssetforthinthiscontract.Thepositiontobeheldbytheforeignemployeeis[PositionTitle],reportingto[PositionSupervisor].Theprincipaldutiesandresponsibilitiesofthepositionare[Listofdutiesandresponsibilities].

2.TermofEmployment:

Thetermofemploymentshallbefrom[StartDate]to[EndDate],subjecttorenewalasprovidedinSection10.Theinitialtermofemploymentshallbeforaperiodof[InitialContractTerm].Theforeignemployeeshallbeemployedonafull-timebasis,workingaminimumof[MinimumHoursPerWeek]hoursperweek.

3.Remuneration:

Theforeignemployeeshallreceiveabasicmonthlysalaryof[BasicMonthlySalary].Inaddition,theforeignemployeeshallbeentitledtoanyapplicableallowances,bonuses,orcommissionsasdeterminedbytheemployer.Allpaymentsshallbemadein[CurrencyofPayment],eitherbycheckorothermeansacceptabletotheforeignemployee.Theemployershallalsoprovideanyapplicablebenefits,suchashealthinsurance,pensionplan,andvacationdays,asagreeduponbybothparties.

4.WorkingConditions:

Theforeignemployeeshallworkinaccordancewiththelawsandregulationsofthecountryinwhichtheemploymentistakingplace.Theemployershallprovideasafeandhealthyworkingenvir
