托运人、收货人和承运人在办理易腐货物运输时，均应遵守《铁路鲜活货物运输规则》附件1“易腐货物机械冷藏车运输条件表”的规定知识点一托运与承运KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage（1）易腐货物的运输条件TransportationconditionsforperishablegoodsWhenhandlingthetransportationofperishablegoods,theshipper,consigneeandcarriershallcomplywiththeprovisionsofAnnex1TableofTransportationConditionsofPerishableGoodsinMechanicalReefersoftheRulesfortheRailwayTransportationofFreshandLiveCargoes

易腐货物通常按整车运输，也可用冷藏集装箱运输，经铁路公司确定，在一定季节和一定区域内不易腐烂、变质、冻损的货物也可用棚车和通用集装箱运输Perishablegoodsareusuallytransportedinfullcarloads,butcanalsobetransportedinreefercontainers.Asdeterminedbytherailwaycompany,goodsthatarenotperishable,easytodeteriorateorfrostdamagedinacertainseasonorinacertainareacanalsobetransportedinshedcarsandgeneralcontainers（2）易腐货物的运输种类Typesoftransportofperishablegoods知识点一托运与承运KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage

不同热状态的易腐货物不得按一批托运Perishablegoodsindifferentthermalstatesshallnotbetransportedinbatchconsignment（3）按一批托运的规定Bybatchconsignment按一批托运的整车易腐货物，一般限运同一品名Fullcarloadsofperishablegoodsinbatchconsignment,isgenerallylimitedtothesameproduct不同品名的易腐货物，如运输温度要求接近、货物性质允许混装的，Perishablegoodsofdifferentitemsarepermittedtobetransportedtogether,ifthetemperaturerequirementsfortransportationconditionandthenatureofthegoodsareclose可按一批托运，在同一机械冷藏车内组织混装运输Onbatchconsignmentbasis,mixedshipmentscanbeorganisedinthesamemechanicalreefer托运人应与发站和乘务组商定运输条件，签订运输协议，并将运输条件记录在Theshippershallagreeontheconditionsofcarriagewiththedeparturestationandthecrew,signacarriageagreementandrecordtheconditionsofcarriage货物运单“托运人记事”栏和“机械冷藏车作业单”内inboththeShipperNotesinthecargodocumentandintheMechanicalReeferOperationSheet知识点一托
