Abstract
Inventoryisnotonlyanimportantitemlistedinthecurrentassetsofthebalancesheet,hasasignificantimpactontheenterprises
abilitytopayandrealize,butalsothedirectsourceofsalesincomeandcostofsalesintheincomestatement.Thequalityof
inventorymanagementmethoddirectlyrelatestothecapitalflowspeedoftheenterprise,thusaffectingtheoperationabilityand
long-termdevelopmentoftheenterprise.Inventorymanagementproblemsleadtoinventoryoverstock,andevenseriouslyaffects
thesurvivalofenterprises.Thispapermainlystudiedtherepresentativeofdomesticsportsbrand-LI-NINGSportsClothing
Company,andfoundtheinventoryoverstockproblemofthecompany.Byanalyzingthecausesoftheinventoryoverstockproblem
ofthecompany,weputforwardthecorrespondingmeasurestoimprovetheinventorymanagement.Thispaperhasacertain
significanceforLI-NINGcompanytoimprovetheinventorymanagementlevel,andalsoprovidesreferencefortheinventory
